People have completed your Google Form and now you have a beautiful summary of responses with graphs, charts, and a scrolling window for comments. How can you share that summary of responses with others? This tutorial walks you through how to share a live web page version of your response summary that will impress your entire audience.




You are able to view the summary of responses from your Google Form and it looks something like the image below.


The steps below will explain how you can share this professional looking summary of responses with others. Click here to view a live example


Step 1: Open your Google Form and click the Settings icon on the top right corner.


Step 2: Make sure you uncheck the "Restrict to.." box if you are using your organization's Google Account. Also, make sure See summary charts and text responses is checked. Next, click Save.


Step 3: Click RESPONSES on the top of your Google Form.


Step 4: Click the “More” button on the top right corner next to the SEND button. Then, click Print.


Step 5: Click the “Publish analytics” link in blue text.


Step 7: Once again, click the “More” button on the top right corner. Next, click Print (this is a repeat of step 4)


Step 8: A new tab will open with your summary of responses. Copy & paste the web address. Share that web address via email to your intended audience.
