If you're like me, you like to save time when creating Google Docs & Google Slides. I am especially interested in having students save time, and focusing on the content over the fluff. The video below (or here) shows how you can use Google's Explore tool to help.

The Explore tool can be used with Google Docs, Slides, & Sheets, but for this video, I will focus only on Docs & Slides.
